Nenu.. Sailaja... (transl. Me and, Sailaja) is a 2016 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film directed by Kishore Tirumala and produced by Sravanthi Ravi Kishore, starring Ram Pothineni and Keerthy Suresh.[2] The film was produced by Sri Sravanthi Movies, which also produced Ram's previous film Shivam. It was also released on 1 January 2016.[3] This film marked the Telugu debut of Keerthy Suresh.
Plot[edit]

Hari is a happy go-lucky DJ. From his childhood, Hari used to propose to every girl that he came across but was turned down every time. He lives with his parents and twin sister Swecha. He still tries to woo every girl he encounters but fails. To overcome this depression, he sits with his best friend by the lighthouse in Vizag beach. He then starts drinking with his friend and shares memories of his 1st love in the village with a girl where Hari was staying before his father was transferred to Vizag. Hari, in an inebriated condition, is about to fall into the sea. But he is saved by Shailu. Hari asks her to drop him home as he has no money or vehicle to get home. Shailu offers lift, but drops him in the middle as she thinks he is trying to woo her and even doesn't tell him her name when asked by Hari. He then tells his friend that if God exists, he will never meet her again.

Next day in the hospital Hari encounters a young mute girl Pooja and politely asks about her name and school to which she responds by expressions. Shailu, also present in the hospital, gets impressed by Hari's behaviour and notes down his phone number when Hari gives Pooja his number. In another incident, when the roads are blocked by goons in order to inaugurate a statue by the minister, Hari beats them up and gives way to a passing ambulance which again impresses Shailu who was also present there. Meanwhile, it is revealed that Shailu was the girl with whom Hari first fell in love.

Meanwhile, a local goon Maharishi goes to Shailu's office and threatens Keerti, who is Shailu's friend and tells her to forget her boyfriend as he is marrying someone else. Shailu then calls Hari and asks for his help. They meet and there Hari reveals his name to Shailu and Keerti. Hari devises a plan and fools Maharishi by making a woman who claims that she is his childhood lover Suchitra and Keerti is her daughter talk to him. This results in Keerti's marriage with her lover.

Hari, now falls in love with Shailu. They spend time with each other. One day, he drops her from office to home when she reveals that she has to go to Goa the following day for an ad shoot. Hari drives her to the airport where Shailu asks him to come to Goa along with him to which he agrees. During the ad shoot, Hari recognizes that Shailu is the girl that he had fallen in love in his childhood. They spend a good time together in Goa where Shailu tells him that the boy who lived near her house used to make her smile and today Hari is making her smile without knowing that it was Hari himself.

After they come back to Hyderabad, Hari takes Shailu to his house and introduces her to his family. She learns that Hari was the boy who made her happy during her childhood by seeing the childhood photos of Hari in his home. She then gets a call from her mother to return to the village. Hari fails to contact Shailu for a few days. After few weeks Shailu arrives and Hari tells her about his feelings to which she replies, "Hari, I love you but I am not in love with you" which has totally confused Hari. Meanwhile, goons come to kidnap Shailu as her father refused to sell a part of his land. Hari thrashes them and asks Shailu about her problem. She leaves.

After a few days Hari joins a meditation centre to get over Shailu. He then sees his sister Swecha with her boyfriend at a bar one night. At home when Hari complains about the relationship, it is revealed that her boyfriend is Ashok, Shailu's brother. It is also revealed that Shailu's aunt had asked her father Srinivas Rao for Shailu's hand in marriage for her son Amar. Hari, now meets Ashok and tells him that he has to learn about his family first in order to get them married. To Shailu's surprise, he meets her family as Ashok's friend. Ashok learns from a phone call from Maharishi that Hari has actually come for Shailu. He gets on well with the family members and then uses this opportunity to bring the family members close to each other as they had no proper bonding in between due to some misunderstanding when Shailu was born. He reunites Shailu's grandfather with his son Srinivas and makes Shailu realise her father is a good father.

Things go as per plan until Maharishi arrives to attend the wedding thinking that Shailu and Hari are getting married. He is about to spill the beans when Hari saves everything in time. Shailu then asks Hari to leave the place as soon as possible as it would cause no benefit to him. Two days prior to the marriage, Shailu hugs Hari as she thinks she would lose him forever which is seen by the housemaid. She then tells Shailu's mother that she thinks Shailu is not happy with the marriage, upon asking Shailu to which she agrees. The next day while her mother shares this with the family, Srinivas Rao gets a call that Shailu has been kidnapped. He orders Hari to get her back to which he succeeds. Now Maharshi tells everything to the family members about their love story upon which Hari and Maharishi are thrown out of the house by Amar.

Shailu then tells her father that she loved Hari and no one can understand her better than him. On the marriage day, Srinivas takes Shailu to the railway station where she meets Hari and tells him that she loves him. Hari reveals that he would not let the marriage happen at any cost, so he had waited. Meanwhile, Srinivas Rao gets a call from her sister that Amar is missing, who is actually kidnapped by Maharishi as retribution for humiliating him in Srinivas Rao's house. Thus Hari and Shailu are reunited.

Shailu eventually marries Hari and they have a baby daughter. The film ends with Shailu visiting her father in their hometown.

Sarrainodu (transl. The right guy) is a 2016 Indian Telugu-language vigilante action film written and directed by Boyapati Srinu and produced by Allu Aravind's Geetha Arts. The film stars Allu Arjun, Aadhi Pinisetty, Rakul Preet Singh, Catherine Tresa and Srikanth in the lead roles, while Brahmanandam, Sai Kumar, Jayaprakash, Pradeep Rawat, Suman, and Adarsh Balakrishna in supporting roles. The soundtrack and background score were composed by S. Thaman.

Sarrainodu was released on 22 April 2016 and received mixed reviews from critics who praised Arjun and Aadhi's performances, action sequences, cinematography and music, but criticized its screenwriting and characterizations. It was a Blockbuster at the box office and became the 2nd highest grossing Telugu film of 2016 after Janatha Garage.[3] It was subsequently dubbed into Malayalam as Yodhavu and was released in Kerala a month after the original version.[4]
Plot[edit]

Gana is a former Indian Army Major, who leaves the army and becomes a vigilante in order to punish crooked people who escaped justice due to faults in the legal system, He is raised by his paternal uncle Sripathi, who supports his cause, but Gana's father Umapathi berates him for not having an aim in life. One day, Gana is sent to a neighboring village to meet his prospective bride, Mahalakshmi Jaanu, who is the daughter of his father's friend Jaya Prakash, an ex-IAS officer, but Gana meets Hansitha Reddy, a local MLA and falls for her. He tells an imaginary story to Umapathi that Jaanu rejected him, because he gets into fights.

Meanwhile, Vairam Dhanush is the son of Chief Minister Reddy, who kills a farmer for refusing to hand over the land documents. Later, a businessman named Veerendra, seeks Dhanush's help as he actually sexually assaulted and killed a girl in drug overdose. The girl's parents seek Hansitha's help where they file the petition in the court. Due to Dhanush's influence, lack of evidence and the embarrassment faced in the court. The girl's parents commit suicide. Enraged, Gana thrashes Dhanush's lawyer and chops Veerandra's legs, which enrages Dhanush and decide to search for the unknown person (Gana). After learning his actions, Hansitha falls for Gana and promises to marry him if he swears in the presence of God that he will not indulge in violence.

When Gana is about to take the oath at the temple, a badly injured Jaanu arrives, running from Dhanush's henchmen who try to kill her. Gana beats up the thugs and saves Jaanu's life, giving her courage. At Gana's house, Jaanu reveals that she didn't reject Gana. Gana had arrived at Jaanu's village and had saved her from Obul Reddy, who is working for Dhanush. Then, Gana had declined the marriage. Jaanu explains how Dhanush tried to blackmail Jaya Prakash when he had been protecting farmers so that they would not have to sell their lands for laying down of oil pipelines. This incident infuriatated Dhanush, who kills the farmers, but Jaanu intervenes, where she slaps and insults Dhanush.

Dhanush kills Jaya Prakash and tries to kill her, but she narrowly escapes and had run for days to find Gana. Gana decides to solve her problems. He goes to Dhanush's home where he battles with his henchmen and tries to burn Dhanush alive, but Dhanush escapes. Gana is questioned for the attack but claims that other people had thrashed Dhanush. Eventually, Obul Reddy reveals the truth about the atrocities that Dhanush committed in the village, and the media is thrown into an uproar. Dhanush arrives at DGP Ranjit's office to surrender. However, Dhanush shoots Ranjit and tries to kill Umapati, but Sripati takes the bullet and is left for dead.

Reddy stops Dhanush from shooting anyone else and tells Umapati to call Gana and make him surrender to Dhanush. Gana arrives and is told that Sripati will be saved if he surrenders, Gana does so and is stabbed by Dhanush and his men. Reddy then tells Dhanush to kill Sripati, which enrages Gana into killing Reddy's bodyguards and Reddy. Gana then fights Dhanush and decapitates him with an axe, when he tries to run over Sripathi and Umapathi. Later, Gana and Ranjit tells a cover story to the media that Reddy and Dhanush were killed while trying to protect Ranjit from unknown terrorists. Gana then announces Hansitha as a new candidate to become the new Chief Minister.

It is narrowly separated from Bhutan and Nepal by the Siliguri Corridor; and from China by the Indian state of Sikkim in the north. Dhaka, the capital and largest city, is the nation's political, financial and cultural centre. Chittagong, the second-largest city, is the busiest port on the Bay of Bengal. The official language is Bengali, one of the easternmost branches of the Indo-European language family.

Bangladesh forms the sovereign part of the historic and ethnolinguistic region of Bengal, which was divided during the Partition of India in 1947.[17] The country has a Bengali Muslim majority. Ancient Bengal was known as Gangaridai and was a bastion of pre-Islamic kingdoms. Muslim conquests after 1204 heralded the sultanate and Mughal periods, during which an independent Bengal Sultanate and a wealthy Mughal Bengal transformed the region into an important centre of regional affairs, trade, and diplomacy. After 1757, Bengal's administrative jurisdiction reached its greatest extent under the Bengal Presidency of the British Empire. The creation of Eastern Bengal and Assam in 1905 set a precedent for the emergence of Bangladesh. In 1940, the first Prime Minister of Bengal A. K. Fazlul Huq supported the Lahore Resolution. Before the partition of Bengal, a Bengali sovereign state was first proposed by premier H. S. Suhrawardy. A referendum and the announcement of the Radcliffe Line established the present-day territorial boundary of Bangladesh.

In 1947, East Bengal became the most populous province in the Dominion of Pakistan. It was renamed as East Pakistan, with Dhaka becoming the country's legislative capital. The Bengali Language Movement in 1952; the East Bengali legislative election, 1954; the 1958 Pakistani coup d'état; the six point movement of 1966; and the 1970 Pakistani general election resulted in the rise of Bengali nationalism and pro-democracy movements in East Pakistan. The refusal of the Pakistani military junta to transfer power to the Awami League led by Sheikh Mujibur Rahman led to the Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971, in which the Mukti Bahini aided by India waged a successful armed revolution. The conflict saw the Bangladesh genocide and the massacre of pro-independence Bengali civilians, including intellectuals. The new state of Bangladesh became the first constitutionally secular state in South Asia in 1972.[18] Islam was declared the state religion in 1988.[19][20][21] In 2010, the Bangladesh Supreme Court reaffirmed secular principles in the constitution.[22]

A middle power in the Indo-Pacific,[23] Bangladesh is home to the sixth-most spoken language in the world, the third-largest Muslim-majority population in the world, and the second-largest economy in South Asia. It maintains the third-largest military in the region and the largest contributor of personnel to UN peacekeeping operations.[24] Bangladesh is a unitary parliamentary republic based on the Westminster system. Bengalis make up 99% of the total population of Bangladesh.[25] The country consists of eight divisions, 64 districts and 495 subdistricts, as well as the world's largest mangrove forest.
